Job summary

• CA/ACCA/CIMA qualification with post-qualification experience.
• 5+ years in FP&A leadership within a PLC or listed company.
• Expertise in forecasting, budgeting, strategic planning, modelling and consolidation.
• Proven people leadership and stakeholder management at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Group FP&A function, guiding a team of qualified and trainee accountants.
• Own forecasting, budgeting and five-year strategic planning processes.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models and scenario analyses.
• Collaborate with Investor Relations, Treasury and divisional Finance teams.
• Drive continuous improvement and ensure internal controls and IFRS compliance.
• Travel may be required to support stakeholder and investor activities.
