Safran is seeking an experienced Group FP&A Manager to lead financial planning, analysis, and performance reporting across our global business. This role sits at the heart of the Group finance function, partnering with the Group Financial Reporting Manager, regional finance teams and senior leadership to drive commercial insight and disciplined cost management.

The role oversees an FP&A Analyst responsible for synergy tracking and reporting, offering a balance of hands-on analysis and people

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years FP&A, commercial or corporate finance experience.
• M&A integration or synergy tracking experience desirable.
• Experience in global or matrix organisations and developing junior finance staff.
• ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent qualification preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead monthly, quarterly and annual Group reporting, including P&L, balance sheet and cash flow.
• Own Group budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning across sites and regions.
• Analyse forecasts, identify risks and opportunities, and present insights to the CFO and senior leadership.
• Consolidate planning and review packs accurately and within deadlines.
• Partner with regional CFOs and commercial leaders to challenge assumptions and drive accountability.
• Lead synergy evaluation and reporting to Safran SED and manage synergy tracking.
• Maintain auditable processes to validate savings, track run-rate and in-year benefits.
