Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a Senior Director, FP&A for Supply Chain Corporate to lead a high-caliber team focused on accurate costing, budgeting, and analytics across global regions. You will guide modern costing practices, drive automation, and deliver actionable insights to support strategic supply chain decisions.

You will partner with cross‑functional teams to standardize processes, optimize performance, and influence long‑term planning.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; equivalent experience accepted.
15+ years of progressively responsible FP&A, costing, or supply chain finance experience in global or multi-region settings.
Professional accounting designation such as CIMA or ACCA is preferred.
Strong understanding of cost modelling, analytics, and cross-functional partnering.
Experience leading teams in matrixed organizations with regional scope.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of 18 associates and partner with Genpact.
Oversee Region Standards costing for concentrate, ingredient, and overhead costs across CPS plants.
Collaborate with CPS Finance, procurement, plant finance, and product lifecycle teams to ensure costing transparency and alignment.
Oversee SAP costing cycles and master data integration; analyze variances for cost accuracy.
Provide leadership for monthly performance reporting and cost-variance analyses for business reviews.
Develop advanced forecasting models for key supply chain cost drivers and scenario analysis.
Champion global reporting standards and automate processes to improve accuracy and user experience.
Contribute to enterprise transformation programs such as S/4HANA deployment.
