Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a Senior Manager, FP&A Supply Chain Corporate to lead complex financial processes underpinning global supply chain strategies. You will standardize cost methodologies, drive analytics, and advance automation across regions and plants to enable informed decisions.

This role requires 10+ years in financial planning or supply chain finance, a professional accounting credential, and proven ability to partner with diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in financial planning, analysis, or supply chain finance roles.
• Professional accounting qualification (CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent) preferred.
• Strong operational experience in supply chain finance and ERP systems (ideally SAP).
• Proven ability to translate complex financial data into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 4 associates and partner with Genpact on cost processes.
• Own annual production of standard cost rates for direct materials, packaging, and overhead.
• Serve as primary liaison for global CPS finance across procurement and plant finance.
• Manage SAP costing cycles and master data uploads; analyze variances.
• Provide monthly performance reviews and reporting on variances and trends.
• Collaborate with cost accounting teams on new product launches and reformulations.
• Guide third-party service providers on pricing and accounting activities.
• Develop forecasting models for key supply chain cost drivers.
• Drive global standards in reporting and analytics; promote automation.
• Participate in global initiatives like S/4HANA and policy deployments.
• Monitor productivity initiatives and present insights to leadership.
