The Coca-Cola Company in London seeks a Director, Financial Planning & Analysis Process Optimization to lead a global FP&A transformation within an agile team. You will shape end-to-end FP&A processes and the framework for service delivery teams and Genpact across key FP&A activities.

This role emphasizes process optimization, standardization and automation, cross-functional collaboration with OU and Corporate Service Delivery teams, and delivering value through streamlined FP&A operations.

Qualifications

• University/Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 7-10+ years of FP&A experience.
• Experience in virtual/global teams.
• Strong business acumen and financial skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive process development, simplification, standardization and automation for all end-to-end FP&A activities to optimize service delivery by OU & Corporate Service Delivery teams.
• Collaborate with the FP&A process transformation team and Genpact to deliver improvements.
• Maintain relentless focus on optimization of FP&A service delivery activities.
