Job summary

Efekta Education Group, an EF company, is seeking an ambitious FP&A Manager to support two business units across more than 20 markets. You will partner with executives to plan, perform, and scale financial operations, translating data into clear management recommendations.

You will lead the quarterly, aiming for monthly cadence, and drive the Oracle Planning & Analytics migration while leveraging Salesforce data to generate pipeline and performance insights.

Qualifications

• Strong FP&A experience with a track record of partnering with business units across multiple markets.
• Accounting designation desirable; ability to interpret financial data for non-financial stakeholders.
• Experience with planning tools and CRM systems is essential.

Responsibilities

• Own planning and reporting cycles end to end for two business units across 20 markets.
• Drive quarterly reporting and push to a monthly cadence with high-quality insights.
• Migrate planning processes from TM1 to Oracle Planning & Analytics and automate where possible.
• Collaborate with market finance managers to ensure accuracy and timeliness of results.
• Provide commercial support to sales teams on compensation, bonus plans, and design.
