Pret A Manger is seeking a Group & International FP&A Analyst in London to support international markets and the group with budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning. You’ll drive FP&A excellence across multiple regions and work on automation of processes and AI-enabled workflows.

The role reports to the FP&A Director and offers a full-time position with collaboration across Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia, in a fast-paced hospitality finance team.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in FP&A, including budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning.
• Proficient in financial reporting and data systems (Netsuite, PowerBI).
• Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience in multi-subsidiary environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA or ACA/ACCA/CIMA preferred.

Aufgaben

• Support the International team to improve commercial, operational and financial outcomes.
• Consolidate FP&A for International markets (Europe, Middle East, Africa, Asia) including budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning and monthly performance.
• Identify risks and opportunities across the P&L and link insights to decisions.
• Support Group FP&A consolidation and drive consistency across markets.
• Lead on automating FP&A processes and AI workflows.
• Participate in annual planning and budgeting with other finance leads.
• Report to the FP&A Director in a full-time role.
