Job summary

Universal Music Group UK is seeking a Group FP&A Analyst to drive financial performance review across global territories. You will partner with local Finance teams to understand performance, forecasts and major drivers, while preparing monthly reports for CFO, Group Controller and Board.

Qualifications

• Professional accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial information.
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling experience; automation tools a plus.
• Ability to explain financial results clearly to finance and non-finance stakeholders.
• Proven business-partnering skills across territories and functions.

Responsibilities

• Take primary FP&A responsibility for a portfolio of territories and act as Global Finance contact.
• Perform variance analysis and explain drivers across group/divisional levels.
• Review cash flow forecasts and material variances.
• Prepare monthly financial reports for senior management and boards.
• Support forecasting, budgeting and long-term planning processes.
• Ensure adherence to IFRS and accounting policies with Finance teams.
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis to CFO and senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with global teams to improve reporting and processes.
