Job summary

CAE is seeking a Statutory Reporting and Tax Specialist to manage statutory financial, tax, and regulatory reporting for multiple countries within the sub-region. The role collaborates with internal finance teams and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with local regulations and corporate policies.

The ideal candidate will prepare and review statutory accounts, VAT returns, corporation tax filings, and transfer pricing documentation while coordinating month-end packs and ensuring timely

Qualifications

• Fluent English communication in written and spoken form.
• Ability to analyze complex accounting and regulatory issues.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver statutory financial reports, VAT and corporation tax returns, and other local filings.
• Coordinate reporting activities to meet deadlines and ensure accuracy.
• Liaise with auditors, tax authorities, banks, and registries.
• Support governance activities including annual returns and board minutes.
• Collaborate with tax and treasury teams on compliance and optimization.
