Job summary

Irwin and Colton are partnering with a global facilities management leader to recruit a Global Fire Safety Manager. You will act as the technical lead for fire safety across an international client portfolio, advising senior stakeholders and operating teams on risk and compliance.

The role requires extensive experience in Fire Safety/Fire Compliance, with a NEBOSH Fire Certificate (Level 3) and strong knowledge of statutory requirements.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH Fire Certificate or equivalent Level 3 qualification.
• Significant experience in Fire Safety or Fire Compliance.
• Strong knowledge of statutory and legal fire safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Act as technical lead for fire risk management across the client's global estate.
• Review and audit fire safety compliance processes across the portfolio.
• Provide expert fire safety advice to operational and H&S teams, as well as senior stakeholders.
• Support the development and management of fire safety processes, documentation and internal control procedures.

Are you an experienced Fire Safety professional looking for a senior, global role supporting a high-profile client across an international portfolio?

Irwin and Colton are delighted to be partnering with a global leading facilities management organisation to recruit for a Global Fire Safety Manager. This role will act as the technical lead for fire safety across a global client portfolio, providing expert advice and assurance while working closely with senior stakeholders, operational teams and external providers.

Key responsibilities of the Global Fire Safety Manager include:

• Acting as the technical lead for fire risk management and fire safety compliance across the client's global estate.
• Reviewing and auditing fire safety compliance processes, ensuring requirements are consistently met across the portfolio.
• Providing expert fire safety advice and guidance to operational and H&S teams, as well as senior stakeholders.
• Supporting the development and management of fire safety processes, documentation and internal control procedures.

The successful Global Fire Safety Manager will have:

• Significant experience working within Fire Safety, Fire Compliance or Fire Science.
• A NEBOSH Fire Certificate or equivalent Lvl 3 Qualification is essential.
• Strong knowledge of statutory and legal fire safety compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior clients and stakeholders.
