Job summary

Shirley Parsons Ltd seeks a Global Fire Safety Manager to lead fire safety, compliance and risk management across a global client site portfolio. You will oversee fire safety providers, audit processes and provide expert guidance to operations and HSE teams.

Ideal candidates will have extensive international fire safety experience, senior FM/HSE exposure and strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, with a proven ability to manage suppliers and senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong international experience in fire safety, fire compliance and HSE.
• Senior-level experience within FM, engineering, HSE, quality or a similar environment.
• Strong knowledge of statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Experience managing suppliers and senior stakeholders.
• Experience in incident response / emergency management.
• Strong process, audit and compliance experience.

Responsibilities

• Leading fire safety compliance and assurance across the portfolio.
• Managing fire safety providers, suppliers and planned/reactive works.
• Auditing compliance processes and documentation.
• Providing expert advice to operational and H&S teams.
• Reporting on risks, trends and legislative changes to senior stakeholders.
• Supporting and leading fire safety incident investigations.
