Job summary

A leading global financial services firm is looking for a Financial Controller to join their London finance team. This role, with a salary of £120k base plus excellent bonus and benefits, offers the chance to shape the financial control landscape of a significant business. The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant with 1-3 years PQE and experience in preparing financial statements under UK GAAP or IFRS. Responsibilities include managing month-end closes and producing management reports.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years PQE required for the Financial Controller position.
• Big 4 audit background is preferred but not essential.
• Experience with UK GAAP or IFRS is essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare annual financial statements under multiple accounting standards.
• Manage month-end close processes and ensure timely Group reporting.
• Production of monthly management reports and transfer pricing calculations.
