Job summary

SiriusPoint seeks a Senior Finance Transformation lead to drive the modernisation of its London and European Finance functions. You will simplify and automate processes, improve data and reporting, and lead governance and change management across Finance, Technology, Data and the Transformation Office.

You will bring 10+ years in finance transformation, with experience in Lloyd's/FCA/regulatory environments and Workday, delivering multi-jurisdictional programmes and measurable productivity gains.

Qualifications

• Experienced accountant with strong working knowledge of US and European reporting frameworks.
• Significant expertise in finance transformation, finance operations, consulting or enterprise change (10+ years).
• Track record delivering complex transformation programmes across multi-jurisdictional finance teams.
• Strong knowledge of reporting, controls, process improvement and technology-enabled change.
• Experience working in Lloyd's, FCA and European regulatory environments; insurance or reinsurance is required.
• Experience working in Workday.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-level transformation across Finance, Technology, Data and Transformation Office.
• Improve close, reporting, controls, data, and decision support together.
• Collaborate with senior Finance, Technology, Data and business leaders.
• Build sustainable capability rather than short-term fixes.
• Demonstrate measurable improvements in productivity, reporting quality and stakeholder experience.
