Job summary

Cumberland Farms is seeking a qualified Finance Transformation Manager to join our dedicated Finance Projects and Transformation team. You will lead and deliver multiple finance transformation initiatives across systems, processes, reporting, and financial modelling, reporting to the Assistant Financial Controller.

The role requires strong stakeholder engagement across the UK, US, Germany and BENELUX. You will build and run reports and dashboards using Power BI/Power Query, support US GAAP

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with professional body designation (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) or QBE.
• Experience in finance projects, transformation, systems implementation or process improvement.
• Experience with finance system implementations, preferably Oracle FCC.
• Understanding of financial reporting with US GAAP knowledge desirable.
• Strong stakeholder management, able to influence senior stakeholders.
• Data management and analytical skills using Power BI/Power Query.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support finance transformation projects including systems, processes and reporting.
• Support system implementation and enhancement projects, incl. Oracle FCC.
• Design and implement improved finance processes, manual and system-driven.
• Coordinate delivery with Project Managers and manage milestones and deliverables.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders across Finance and international teams.
• Support US GAAP reporting standards and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Analyze financial data to support project delivery and decisions.
• Build reports and dashboards with Power BI to present updates to senior management.
