Capital Group in London is seeking a Global Finance Senior Manager – Strategic Analysis to partner with senior leaders and shape our global strategic direction. You will translate complex data into insights that inform capital allocation and enterprise transformation.

You will lead with integrity, drive cross‑functional collaboration, and coach associates across Global Finance to deliver high‑quality analyses.

As the Global Finance Senior Manager – Strategic Analysis (London), you will play a critical role as a thought partner to senior leaders across Capital Group to drive clarify, influence our global strategic direction, and deliver insights that shape Capital Group’s long‑term global trajectory.

To thrive in this role, you will collaborate closely with high performing teams and leverage your strategy and analytical skills to navigate through ambiguity, bring structure to complexity and solve global enterprise‑level challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with cross‑functional leaders to help answer key strategic questions through thoughtful framing and rigorous analysis
• Translate complex data into insights and compelling narratives that inform strategy, investment prioritization, and resource allocation.
• Drive initiatives aligned with Capital Group’s Long‑Term Strategic Plan (LTSP), including strategic evaluation of new business initiatives, product economics, cost optimization, compensation analytics, operating model evolution, and enterprise transformation.

• Serve as a connector across the enterprise, helping to align business priorities with financial and operational insights.

• You have 5+ years of experience in management consulting, or 10+ years in corporate strategy or relevant strategic finance roles preferably in asset management or financial services.
• You are a proven strategic leader with demonstrated success in driving change and delivering measurable impact through hypothesis‑driven problem solving.
• You are well versed in navigating high degrees of complexity and ambiguity with stakeholders at all levels and can steer through the cross‑functional organizational maze to get things done for Capital.
