Universal Music Group is seeking an experienced Senior Global Finance Process Owner to join the Global Finance Operations team in London. The role focuses on ownership and development of global finance and royalty processes, including accounting, reporting, governance, and continuous improvement across countries and systems.

You will collaborate with local finance teams, Corporate Finance, IT, and external partners to ensure processes are robust, compliant, and scalable, while driving

Responsabilités

• Act as global process owner for finance and royalty-related processes across the organization.
• Maintain, improve, and develop global finance processes including accounting and reporting.
• Govern process controls, documentation, and governance across countries and systems.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with IT, finance teams, and business stakeholders.
• Identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities; support ERP and system changes.
• Drive standardization, automation, and reporting improvements in finance operations.
