JSS is seeking a Head of Finance for its UK Real Assets Investment Manager, an entrepreneurial platform with broad mandates across the group. You will own all accounting, reporting, and tax processes, partner with external auditors, and oversee investor reporting and treasury functions.

The role offers broad scope across SPV entities, with ownership of financial statements, capital calls, carry calculations, and VAT/tax compliance in a high-autonomy environment with equity upside.

Qualifications

• Experience with IFRS/FRS102 reporting and statutory accounts.
• Ability to own audit processes across SPV administrators and auditors.
• Tax structuring and VAT/corporation tax coordination experience

Responsabilités

• Own accounting and reporting across quarterly/annual accounts, capital calls, distributions, and management fees/carries.
• Manage AR/AP for SPV entities; oversee cash movement controls.
• Lead external audits and coordinate with accounting firms and auditors.
• Oversee investor reporting and treasury activities, including cash flow modelling and covenant reporting.
• Ensure IFRS/FRS102 compliance and tax documentation; support group-wide financial governance.
