We are looking for a Global Finance Business Partner to join us at a transformational stage in our Global Supply Management journey. This high-impact role will provide strategic financial business partnering across multiple regions and our Global Service, Supplies, and Indirect (SSI) team. You will lead financial modelling, performance analysis, and reporting processes that support informed decision-making and deliver measurable value. With strong visibility and collaboration across senior stakeholders, this is a unique opportunity to shape the financial future of Supply Management on a global scale.

• Financial SM business partnering support of all Food/SSI categories taking full ownership of 3-4 regions plus Group HQ
• Providing insightful analysis and insights of strategic SM category development through Financial Modelling to regional and global teams
• Visibility, interpretation, and insights of the savings initiative’s portfolio including progress against target/forecast and pipeline transparency
• Collaboration with all Supply Management regions across Sodexo whilst contributing to a strong analytical network of SM Finance colleagues globally
• Connecting performance of the function to the P&L
• Continuous improvement of current processes across the Worldwide SM performance and KPI agenda
• Consolidation/ownership of all regional and global SSI reporting on a monthly/quarterly basis
• Assist in preparation of all financial aspects of SSI Quarterly Business Review
• Process Owner of SmartSheet and enhancing reporting on this into PowerBI
• Leading key Global/European projects in all finance related aspects and other finance related projects in line with Global SM finance roadmap
