GET STAFFED ONLINE RECRUITMENT LIMITED is seeking an Assistant Management Accountant based in Malvern. The role sits in a global finance team, focusing on accurate month-end processing and collaboration across Finance and other departments.

You’ll manage journals, accruals and reconciliations and be involved in R&D project accounting within Microsoft Dynamics Business Central. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, experience with double-entry accounting and proficiency in Excel and

Qualifications

AAT qualification or current ACCA/CIMA studies with study support.
Strong double-entry accounting understanding and numeracy.
High attention to detail and ability to prioritise workload to meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools like Teams.

Responsibilities

Support month-end close, prepare journals, accruals, prepayments and reconciliations.
Maintain balance sheet, intercompany records and assist with quarterly/annual reporting.
Assist R&D project accounting in Dynamics BC and cover purchase ledger when needed.
Collaborate with Finance, Orders and other teams to resolve queries and improve processes.
Contribute to financial controls and continuous improvement in a global AAC organisation.
