Job summary
Quantum Design Oxford is seeking an Installation and Service Engineer to join our team. You will travel to customer sites across Europe to install, service and repair QDO products, ensuring they perform to the customer’s satisfaction.
The role suits a physicist or engineer with hands-on experience with cryogenic instruments, preferably QDO equipment. A love of travel and willingness to stay away overnight, including weekends on call, is essential.
Qualifications
- Strong background in physics.
- Experience with cryogenics preferred.
Responsibilities
- Install, service and repair QDO products at customer sites.
- Complete site reports in a timely fashion.
- Provide training to customers on instrument operation.
