• Experience in a global company, preferably a Global CRO.
• Strong communication and collaboration within a team.
• Fluent in Chinese and English.

Responsibilities

• Pharmaceutical-related background, with at least a bachelor's degree.
• More than 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with over 5 years of global feasibility experience.
• Specialized in pre-award feasibility area.
• Experienced in team management. Preference for those who have assisted in establishing teams or departments within a company.
• Work experience in a global company, with preference for those with experience in a Global CRO.
• Dedicated to their job, good at communicating and collaborating with the team, and have a good image.
• Fluent in both Chinese and English.
