Job summary

Tigermed is seeking a senior feasibility specialist with a strong pharmaceutical background to lead global feasibility studies, especially in pre‑award phases. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams across regions to build robust feasibility plans that support project decisions.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in the pharmaceutical industry, 5+ years of global feasibility experience, and a track record of building or expanding teams within a global CRO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in pharmaceutical sciences or related field.
• Over 10 years in the pharmaceutical industry with global feasibility experience (>5 years).
• Specialization in pre-award feasibility.
• Experience in team management; establishing teams/departments is a plus.
• Experience in a global company; preference for Global CRO background.
• Dedicated, good communicator, collaborative, professional image.
• Fluency in Chinese and English.

Responsibilities

• Pharmaceutical background required; lead global feasibility studies.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams across regions for feasibility plans.
• Support pre‑award decision making with robust feasibility data and analyses.
• Mentor and develop feasibility team members; contribute to team growth.
• Engage with global partners and CROs to align feasibility activities.
