Mallards Support Services Ltd in the Isle of Man is seeking a Group Financial Controller and Wealth Manager to direct financial governance, accounting, tax compliance and wealth strategy across multiple jurisdictions.

This is a full‑time, office‑based role requiring extensive post‑qualification experience, with a focus on governance, reporting and cross‑border wealth management for a high net worth owner.

Qualifikationen

• Educated to degree level.
• Fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA or CIMA) with at least ten years of post-qualification experience.
• Wealth management credentials such as STEP, CISI Chartered Wealth Manager or CFA are desirable.
• At least five years’ experience in a multi-family office, private client advisory team or trust/corporate services.
• Deep understanding of tax structures in the British Isles and elsewhere.
• Experience with consolidated reporting and trust accounting; proficient in MS Dynamics BC and QuickBooks.
• Demonstrated discretion, integrity and emotional intelligence.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to translate complex financial data into board summaries.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Proven ability to lead teams and work autonomously.

Aufgaben

• Direct financial governance and accounting operations across multiple entities.
• Prepare consolidated monthly, quarterly and annual accounts and liquidity analysis for ownership and advisers.
• Coordinate with external auditors, banks and corporate service providers.
• Oversee tax compliance across jurisdictions with local advisers.
• Manage wealth, portfolio allocations, and estate planning considerations.
• Oversee governance of land, property and alternative investments and related reporting.
