The Dot Group is seeking a dynamic Communications professional to lead external communications across Dot and its portfolio. You will draft press releases, manage media relations, monitor trends and deliver engaging content across websites, social media and campaigns.

You will work with journalism contacts, support events, and ensure brand guidelines are followed while using AI and analytics to shape strategy. This is a UK-based, on-site role with a focus on international markets.

Qualifications

• Excellent writing skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Confident using social media professionally and creating engaging content.
• Comfortable working with data and explaining what it shows.
• Willingness to work flexibly, including out-of-hours support when issues arise.

Responsabilités

• Draft press releases, media pitches, statements, Q&A and briefing notes.
• Build relationships with journalists across corporate, property, higher-education, investment and consumer titles.
• Handle routine media enquiries and coordinate interviews and spokesperson requests.
• Monitor media coverage, social conversation and trends for the Group on key issues.
• Publish news, case studies and campaign content applying SEO, GEO and accessibility best practice.
• Plan and manage the social media calendar across channels; write and publish content.
• Coordinate logistics and communications for conferences, awards entries and events.
• Follow brand guidelines and support crisis responses, including holding statements.
