Morgan Ryder in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Export Sales Manager to grow international sales for a UK-based manufacturer. The role focuses on the Middle East and Far East markets, with a strong emphasis on exporting and managing the end-to-end sales process from quotations to shipment.

You will work in a hybrid setup with two days in the UK office and flexible hours to support global customers.

Qualifications

• Proven export/international sales experience.
• Experience with manufacturer or distributor backgrounds.
• Track record of winning new customers and growing sales.
• Experience dealing with international customers and distributors.
• Experience preparing commercial quotations and export documentation.
• Knowledge of international shipping, freight and logistics.
• Strong negotiation and commercial skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Proactive, self-motivated approach to BD.
• Ability to manage own international sales pipeline.

Responsabilités

• Develop and grow export sales across the Middle East and Far East.
• Identify and develop new customers, distributors, agents and opportunities.
• Build long-term relationships with international customers.
• Generate and follow up sales enquiries and quotations.
• Manage the complete sales process from enquiry to order and shipment.
• Prepare and coordinate export documentation.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, logistics and administration teams.
• Negotiate pricing, terms and delivery.
• Travel internationally when required.
• Maintain sales pipeline and forecast market feedback.
