Job summary

Raytheon UK is seeking an Export Control Manager to oversee UK export controls compliance across multiple sites. The role requires deep knowledge of UK licensing requirements, US ITAR/EAR guidance, and proactive governance of AEICPs, licensing processes and training programs.

The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams, engage with business leaders, and drive continuous improvement in export control practices while supporting audits and incident investigations.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of UK Export Licensing Regulations and US ITAR/EAR/ITAR guidance
• Experience with EXIM licensing and global trade operations
• Ability to lead cross-functional investigations and implement solutions

Responsibilities

• Support Global Trade activity across Raytheon UK.
• Disseminate and brief domestic and international export control policies.
• Manage export classification of contract deliverables.
• Oversee AEICPs and ensure compliant licensing and documentation.
• Lead complex agreement reviews and NDA/TCN processes.
• Provide export control training and guidance to staff and external partners.
• Support audits and corrective action plans.
• Generate reports and performance metrics for GT operations.
