Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in event planning, event marketing, conference management, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, event management, communications, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities, budgets, timelines and vendor relationships.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and adaptability with a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Support the Global Events team in planning and executing conferences, trade shows, customer events, corporate meetings, and other strategic programs.
• Manage end-to-end event logistics, including venues, registration, shipping, collateral, promotional materials, vendors, and on-site operations.
• Coordinate event setup, execution, and teardown while partnering with marketing, sales, and business stakeholders to drive attendee engagement and ensure successful delivery.
• Capture, track, and manage event-generated leads in Eloqua; maintain accurate event documentation, budgets, timelines, and operational data.
• Analyze event performance through post-event reporting, attendee metrics, lead generation results, budget tracking, and ROI insights.
