Job summary

Excel Engineering Recruitment LTD seeks an experienced Marketing Manager for a genuine part-time role in the UK healthcare/life sciences space. You will own the UK marketing plan across B2B and B2C, manage the budget, and drive brand growth.

Flexible hours include 3 days/week or 5 days with reduced hours, with occasional home working by negotiation. You will lead digital content, eCommerce, events, and stakeholder engagement, coordinating with NHS Supply Chain and international partners.

Qualifications

• Experience in regulated healthcare or life sciences sectors.
• Familiar with Shopify, Amazon, SAP and online advertising.
• Marketing qualifications at Level 4 or CIM equivalent desirable.
• Strong communication and project ownership in a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the annual UK marketing plan within budget.
• Lead B2B and B2C campaigns and healthcare-related comms.
• Oversee content calendars, e-shots, mailshots and campaign performance.
• Manage UK website and digital activity, including ad campaigns.
• Coordinate with agencies for Google/Meta/Amazon Ads and eCommerce on Shopify/Amazon.
• Support events, sponsorships and NHS tender activities with stakeholders.
• Ensure regulatory and quality compliance (ABPI, MDR, ISO 9001).
• Analyse data to improve campaign results and ROI.
