Janus Henderson Investors is seeking an experienced events professional to lead global events and webcasts across EMEA and Latin America. You will manage physical, hybrid and virtual events from concept to post-event reporting, collaborating with marketing and regional sales to execute regional strategies.

The role requires strong budgeting, reporting, and project management, with a focus on regulatory compliance and audience engagement.

Qualifikationen

• Must have significant experience in events management.
• Ability to develop and manage events from concept to post-event reporting.
• Strong project management, budgeting and reporting capabilities.
• Experience with virtual events and video conferencing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement events and webcasts across EMEA and Latin America.
• Manage physical, hybrid and virtual events end to end.
• Collaborate with channel marketing and sales to execute regional events strategy.
• Ensure accurate delivery, reporting and post-event evaluation.
• Monitor key success metrics and calendar alignment.
• Create dedicated event microsites and communications.
• Coordinate promotional giveaways for events.
• Work with compliance to meet regulatory guidelines.
• Liaise with agencies and suppliers.
• Travel across UK, Europe and North America as required.
• Support quarterly, monthly and ad hoc reports to leadership.
