Job summary

Coralogix is seeking a Strategic Events Associate to own logistics for flagship events across EMEA from their London office. The hybrid role focuses on end-to-end execution, vendor management, attendee registration, and post-event follow-up to drive pipeline.

You will collaborate with demand generation and field marketing, manage budgets, and ensure data hygiene in the CRM while maximizing event impact and ROI.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of event coordination or field marketing experience.
• Experience in B2B tech or SaaS is preferred.
• Able to travel 30–40% across EMEA.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute large-scale tradeshows and flagship events across EMEA.
• Coordinate booth build, sponsorships, speaking slots, shipping, and on-site setup.
• Manage vendor relationships, budgets, and data hygiene in CRM.
• Lead post-event follow-up and pipeline reporting.
