Job summary

Eventogy Limited is seeking an Event Management and Support Specialist to join our London-based team. You will own the full event lifecycle for a major corporate banking client, from planning to delivery, including branded sites, registrations, live engagement tools, and customised reporting.

The role requires fluent business German, strong problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple projects across EU/US time zones.

Qualifications

• Fluent in business German is essential.
• Experience with event management software or complex platforms is required.
• Strong technical aptitude and quick learner of new tools.
• Excellent interpersonal and client service skills to build trusted relationships.
• Proven ability to analyse data and prepare custom reports.
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work autonomously while managing multiple projects.
• Willingness to coordinate across EU and US time zones.

Responsibilities

• Understand the client’s event objectives and manage end-to-end execution via the Eventogy platform.
• Build and maintain event websites tailored to each project.
• Oversee attendee registration and communications through integrated CRM tools.
• Configure and manage live engagement tools including polling, Q&A, messaging walls, and push notifications.
• Produce detailed and customised reports using Eventogy analytics suite.
• Provide responsive, hands-on technical support and troubleshooting throughout the event lifecycle.
• Ensure the seamless delivery of all client events, exceeding expectations where possible.
