TalentHawk is seeking a senior Finance Systems / ERP leader to direct global Finance Systems maintenance and ERP security, ensuring stability and strong controls across SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and SAP GRC. Qualifications

• Significant leadership across Finance Systems, ERP or Financial Tech.
• Strong SAP ECC/S4HANA knowledge; SAP GRC and ERP security experience helpful.
• Experience with financial controls, SOX and audit.
• Led large, geographically distributed teams.
• Delivered major ERP transformation and process improvements.
• Balanced BAU with transformation delivery.
• Excellent senior stakeholder influencing skills.
• Bridge between Finance and Technology with business alignment.
• Managed mix of employees, contractors and third-party providers.
• Able to adapt quickly in established environments; work across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Lead global Finance Systems Maintenance and ERP Security teams with direction and coaching.
• Own stability, performance and operational effectiveness of core Finance Systems (SAP ECC, S/4HANA, SAP GRC).
• Oversee ERP roles, access, Segregation of Duties and critical access processes.
• Ensure systems support SOX, audit and Finance/IT controls.
• Provide leadership across major ERP transformation and technology programmes.
• Represent Finance Systems through design, testing, cutover and implementation.
• Balance transformation activity with BAU, financial close and stability.
• Drive continuous improvement, automation, control enhancement and excellence.
• Manage senior stakeholders across Finance, Technology, Audit, Risk, and business.
• Oversee third-party, contractor and managed-service delivery globally.
• Translate complex tech issues into business risks and decisions.
• Ensure teams have priorities, resources and support to deliver.
