As an Executive Director in Execution Consulting within the Electronic Client Solutions (ECS) team, you will play a leading role in the analysis, research, and client engagement that underpin the performance of our algorithmic trading and liquidity products. You will help drive the execution-performance narrative across the platform, set the research agenda, and translate insight into product priorities and better client outcomes. Acting as a senior advisor to our most sophisticated clients and a partner to Sales, Trading, Technology, and Quantitative Research, you will represent the franchise externally, mentor a team of consultants and analysts, and play a central role in the growth and success of our electronic trading business.
This role encompasses the performance of UK regulated activity. The successful candidate will therefore be subject to meeting UK regulatory requirements in the assessment of fitness, propriety, knowledge and competence (as assessed by the Firm) and (where appropriate) approval by the UK Financial Conduct Authority and/or the Prudential Regulation Authority to carry out such activities.
