Job summary

Accenture is seeking an Enterprise Operating Model Strategy Manager to work with boards and executive teams across industries. You will shape operating models, governance, and decision rights, and drive cross-functional execution using human and AI teams.

You will build distinctive capabilities and support AI-enabled optimization, with exposure to an international team and a hybrid work model (on-site or remote).

Qualifications

• An above-average university degree in economics, psychology, STEM or comparable field (MBA/doctorate advantageous).
• Experience in consulting or equivalent professional services.
• Structured, solution-oriented mindset with ability to stay calm and motivate others.
• Detail-oriented with vision and pragmatism.
• Interest in technology topics and digital solutions.

Responsibilities

• Advise boards and executive teams on operating model design and governance.
• Design and activate operating models translating strategy into execution.
• Support cross-functional teams and AI-enabled insights.
• Benchmark and analyze costs and team configurations for optimization.
