Job summary

eTech Partners is seeking a Global Head of Enterprise Architecture to define and deliver the worldwide EA strategy. You will lead a six-strong senior architecture team and partner with the CIO to shape the technology landscape across a complex, international environment.

The role requires experience at senior EA levels, strong stakeholder management, and a proven ability to drive transformation across multiple domains, aligning architecture with business objectives and governance frameworks.

Qualifications

• Experience at Head of/Director/Global Enterprise Architect level.
• Experience influencing C-suite and board-level executives.
• Strong knowledge across Applications, Data, Infrastructure, Cloud and Security.
• Experience leading architecture across major transformation programmes.
• Experience working in complex global or multi-business environments.
• Proven track record of delivering long-term enterprise architecture strategies.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop global EA strategy and roadmap.
• Lead a team of six Senior Architects with strategic direction and governance.
• Ensure architecture strategy aligns with business objectives and transformation programmes.
• Develop and maintain EA principles, standards, policies and governance.
• Lead cross-domain architecture across a large international technology environment.
• Develop long-term roadmaps to support growth, transformation and modernisation.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to translate priorities into clear direction.
• Provide leadership across major transformation programmes.
• Drive improvements across governance, processes, tools and ways of working.
• Present complex architecture strategy to senior executives and board-level stakeholders.
