NTT Global Data Centers EMEA UK Ltd. is seeking a Senior Manager, Enterprise Architecture Management to lead global EAM governance, ARB operations, and architecture standards across regions and domains.

In this role you will drive governance, risk management, and decision support for strategic technology initiatives, build a scalable governance capability, and mentor architecture practitioners to enable enterprise transformation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems or a related field.
• Enterprise architecture certification such as TOGAF or equivalent preferred.
• Azure/cloud architecture, security, data architecture, integration architecture or architecture governance certifications are advantageous.
• ITIL Foundation or SIAM Foundation is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture governance, standards, principles, and decision frameworks.

Responsabilités

• Own and operate the Architecture Review Board (ARB) and architecture governance processes with continuous improvement.
• Provide governance oversight across solution and technical designs, and lead risk assessments.
• Own architecture review intake, triage, and routing, ensuring early engagement in delivery lifecycles.
• Align domain architects to enterprise principles and foster knowledge sharing across teams.
• Provide governance leadership for data and integration architecture initiatives with data governance objectives.
• Build and lead the Architecture Governance / Enterprise Architecture Management (EAM) capability.
• Serve as the primary liaison between enterprise architecture, portfolio governance, and IT leadership.
• Continuously enhance governance processes, tools, standards, and repositories.
