Edwards Burgess Hill UK is launching the Evolve Global Engineering Graduate Programme in September 2027. This hybrid, full-time programme rotates you through multiple engineering disciplines, giving you ownership of projects and exposure to real business challenges while building technical and leadership capabilities.

You’ll undertake a six-month international assignment, relocate if needed, and join a structured curriculum with mentoring and feedback.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering discipline, to be completed by 2027.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Willing and able to undertake the programme’s six-month international assignment.
• Right to work in the country you are applying to join the programme.

Responsibilities

• Participate in structured rotations across multiple engineering disciplines.
• Own meaningful projects and contribute to real business and technical challenges.
