Job summary

Anord Mardix, a Flex company, seeks a Global Engineering Change Manager to lead and drive engineering change initiatives across its global organization. The role focuses on delivering projects on time and on budget, aligning with safety and quality standards, while pursuing continuous improvement in engineering processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4+ years in engineering industry or change management.
• Proficient in English for international discussions.
• Experience managing engineering change projects in electrical or mechanical engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive global engineering change projects across the organization.
• Deliver projects on time and within budget while meeting quality and safety standards.
• Create KPIs and dashboards to monitor progress.
• Ensure project processes and documents are current and properly stored.
• Provide concise reports with KPIs to Senior Director – Global Engineering.
• Apply Kaizen techniques to reduce cycle times, costs, and non-value-added activities.
• Eliminate process waste and drive value across engineering operations.
