Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Participate in corporate M&A matters and cross-border deals.
• Ensure timely high-quality delivery on projects.
• Collaborate with the Corporate M&A and Energy & Natural Resources teams.
• Contribute to the firm's Responsible Business program.
