EJ Legal Limited is seeking a Corporate M&A Associate to join its London energy and natural resources practice. This role covers UK and cross-border M&A, joint ventures and strategic transactions, with a focus on oil & gas and infrastructure.

Clients include major corporates and international investors. Ideal candidates will have 3–5 PQE from a leading firm with sector experience and strong drafting skills.

A leading international law firm is seeking a Corporate M&A Associate to join its London energy and natural resources practice.

The role offers UK and cross-border M&A, joint ventures and strategic transactions, with a particular focus on oil & gas and infrastructure. Clients include major corporates and international investors.

You will ideally have c.3–5PQE gained at a leading firm, with relevant sector experience and strong technical and drafting skills.
