Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong academic background with a minimum 2.1 degree.
• Excellent written communication and drafting skills.
• 3–5 years PQE in corporate M&A, ideally in energy/natural resources.
• Experience in oil & gas and infrastructure transactions.
