Job summary

Haleon is hiring a Programme Manager for Employee Health and Wellbeing in London. You will lead the end-to-end delivery of global wellbeing initiatives, coordinate across regions and markets, and ensure delivery plans align with budget and timelines.

You will shape governance, manage vendors, and drive data-driven insights to continually improve programme impact and value for Haleon’s people.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in programme management, health, business or related discipline.
• Formal programme or project management training or equivalent capability.
• Experience delivering complex global or multi-country programmes.
• Experience managing external vendors and contract performance.
• Experience working in a global matrix organisation.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of Haleon’s global wellbeing programmes.
• Lead mobilisation and ongoing delivery of the Oral Health Programme.
• Translate strategic priorities into plans, milestones and ownership.
• Coordinate global and local activation across markets.
• Maintain a consolidated programme roadmap and calendar.
• Ensure design-to-implementation delivery with disciplined follow-through.
