Job summary

Haleon is seeking a Programme Manager for Employee Health and Wellbeing based in London. You will mobilise and deliver Haleon’s global wellbeing initiatives, including the flagship Oral Health Programme, coordinating with regional teams, sites and external partners.

You will establish governance, measure outcomes, manage systems and dashboards, and report progress to senior stakeholders. This role demands delivery focus, cross-functional collaboration and data-driven improvement across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in programme management, business, health, wellbeing or a related discipline.
• Formal programme or project management training or equivalent demonstrable capability.
• Experience delivering complex programmes at global scale.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery of Haleon’s global wellbeing programmes.
• Lead mobilisation, implementation and ongoing delivery of the Oral Health Programme.
• Develop and maintain a coherent measurement framework for EHW programmes.
• Act as business lead for EHW programme systems and platforms, ensuring data capture and reporting.
• Develop and maintain the EHW management system, processes, templates and controls.
• Collaborate with Internal Communications to develop coordinated programme communications.
• Manage operational performance of wellbeing programme vendors and delivery partners.
• Coordinate budget, forecast, accruals and financial reporting for the portfolio.
• Drive continuous improvement and post-implementation reviews.
• Engage stakeholders across regions, functions and markets.
