Job summary

You will interview employees and third parties, review documents, draft investigation reports, and present findings to leaders. The role requires uncompromising integrity, independence, and the ability to collaborate across teams, time zones and travel when required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Employee Relations, Human Resources or related fields.
• Significant professional experience conducting internal workplace investigations.
• Fluent in English; French or German a plus.
• Knowledge of UK/EU employment law.
• Willingness to travel across regions/time zones.

Responsibilities

• Conduct fair, thorough investigations into violations of policies or local law.
• Initiate and complete investigation steps: document review, interviews, reports, remedial actions.
• Manage third-party resources for investigations (forensics, document review).
• Review documents and manage evidence collection and analysis.
• Train on investigation processes and reporting channels.
• Support Global Employee Relations Center of Excellence on projects.
