Job summary

KLA in Newport, UK seeks an Employee Relations Investigator to lead internal investigations, ensuring fair treatment and legal compliance across UK and EU regions. You will handle interviews, document reviews, and reporting, coordinating with external firms while upholding KLA's culture and values.

This role requires travel, cross‑regional collaboration, and a commitment to integrity in every investigation. You will train others on the process and contribute to global ER initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience conducting internal workplace investigations, in-house or at a law firm.
• Fluency in English; additional French or German a plus.
• Knowledge of UK and EU employment laws.
• Ability to manage multiple investigations with integrity and impartiality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct fair, thorough, and timely investigations into allegations of policy violations or local law.
• Initiate and complete all investigation steps, including document reviews, interviews, investigation reports, and recommendations.
• Manage relationships with third-party resources such as digital forensics and document review firms.
• Oversee document reviews, collection, review, and analysis of relevant documents.
• Conduct employee training on the investigation process and reporting channels.
• Support Global Employee Relations Center of Excellence on strategic projects as needed.
