Job summary

Stryker is seeking an HR professional to lead high-volume investigations across multiple countries and divisions. You will plan, interview, and report findings while advising managers and HRBPs on complex employee relations matters.

You will also develop training and collaborate with Legal, Compliance and local HR teams to ensure compliant investigations and risk mitigation across EMEA/EEMEA.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university is required.
  • Degree in Business, HR or related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 6 years professional experience required.
  • Employee relations, investigations or business facing HR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Conducts HR investigations for a high-volume portfolio across multiple countries and divisions, including intake, planning, interviews, recommendations and reporting.
  • Provides counsel to managers and HRBPs on employee relations issues and submits recommendations.
  • Develops and delivers training to managers, employees and HRBPs on employee relations and related standards across EMEA/EEMEA.
  • Analyzes HR investigations and data trends to mitigate risk and improve workplace culture.
  • Partners with Legal, Compliance and local HR teams to respond to alleged violations and ensure appropriate investigations.
