Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in Environmental Health and Safety (EHS).
• 5 years of experience in leading program portfolios.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support annual EHS Operations planning cycles and quarterly business reviews with regional area managers.
• Partner with regional managers to unblock administrative barriers and optimize day-to-day processes.
• Serve as the primary EHS point of contact for ambiguous projects, defining the path forward for zero harm.
• Coordinate with global EHS stakeholders to align regional actions with the global strategy.
• Conduct targeted cultural and regional audits to localize and improve EHS campaigns and standards.
