Qualifications

• Experience working with vendors on improving their EHS programs and driving their performance plans and agreement governance (preferred).
• Experience in resource tracking, process optimization and data-driven risk management (preferred).
• EHS experience (preferred).
• Experience operating across complex, multicultural geographies (EMEA or APAC), with a demonstrated ability to adapt global programs to local realities (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Support and lead EHS program initiatives across EMEA/APAC.
• Coordinate with regional area managers to unblock administrative barriers and optimize processes.
• Define paths for ambiguous projects with zero-harm objectives.
• Collaborate with global EHS stakeholders to align regional actions with the global strategy.
• Conduct targeted audits to localize and validate EHS campaigns and standards.

• Support annual EHS Operations planning cycles, business reviews (M/QBRs), resource tracking and model evaluations alongside regional area managers.


• Partner closely with regional area managers to unblock administrative barriers, optimize day-to-day operational processes and compress critical project cycle times.


• Serve as the primary EHS point of contact for ambiguous projects where no clear precedent exists, defining the path forward for zero harm.


• Cooperate closely with global EHS stakeholders to roll up regional actions, strategic plans and performance metrics, ensuring EMEA/APAC initiatives are seamlessly integrated into the global EHS strategy.


• Perform targeted cultural and regional audits across EMEA/APAC to ensure EHS campaigns, processes, and standards are appropriately localized and effective.
