Job summary

International Schools Partnership Limited seeks an Origination Analyst to write in-depth macro-research across geographies and support acquisition activities for its global school network.

You will collaborate with Investment Directors, manage a growing database of schools, and engage with potential clients through strategic outreach while adapting quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• University degree level minimum.
• 1–5+ years experience in a consulting, business, market research, education, or related field.
• Commercial acumen and ability to understand business drivers.
• Excellent research and analytical skills.
• Confident, articulate communicator and presenter.
• Personable and a successful networker and persuader.
• Ability to manage priorities and work independently.
• Self-starter, motivated to succeed, able to deal effectively with ambiguity.
• Familiarity with the education sector would be an asset.

Responsibilities

• Write in-depth research on economic, political and social conditions across geographies with clear referencing.
• Evaluate risks and opportunities for operating in specific geographies.
• Strong communication skills are essential in this role.
• Mystery shopping of schools to gather key data points.
• Conduct cold calls to identify and engage potential clients and support business development.
• Maintain the proprietary database of schools to ensure accuracy and completeness of information.
• Develop market knowledge and identify potential acquisitions of assets or groups.
• Develop relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
• Be a fast learner, agile and adaptable to changing demands.
