Job summary

Enrolnet Global Limited is seeking a Partner Relationship Manager for the UK Schools sector, based in London. You will be the primary contact for UK partner schools, oversee onboarding of new international schools, and coordinate training and demonstrations.

You will support enquiries with prompt solutions, work with the Regional Operation Manager and Director, maintain positive partner relationships, share industry insights, and travel across the UK to meet key partners, helping drive long-term

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a client-facing role.
• Strong relationship-building capability.
• Experience in education, sales or consulting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact for UK partner schools.
• Onboard new international schools and arrange training.
• Assist with enquiries and provide prompt solutions, including technical support.
• Work closely with the Regional Operation Manager and Director.
• Maintain positive relationships with partner schools and identify growth opportunities.
• Provide up-to-date information about the industry and products to partners.
• Utilise feedback to understand and improve our customer’s experience.
• Travel across the UK to meet partners face to face.
